What will you do?
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive Philosophy/PRE teaching that challenges and inspires pupils while building on their prior knowledge, needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing effective feedback and using relevant data to support attainment and set ambitious learning goals.
- Establish a safe, respectful and purposeful learning environment, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners to support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing and wider development, while contributing positively to the life and ethos of the school.
- Reflect on and develop professional practice through collaboration, training and continuous professional development, in line with the Teacher Standards and school expectations.

What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- QTS qualified
- Able to self-start, work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- whether led or leading
- Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to delegate
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
