What will you do?

  • Engage in continuous professional development, take part in school-wide duties, and uphold the values and ethos of Avanti House Secondary School.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring strong pupil progress and outcomes in Economics and Business Studies.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement, while using data to inform future teaching and learning strategies.
  • Create a safe and respectful learning environment with high expectations for behaviour, fostering pupils' independence, motivation, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external bodies to support pupil wellbeing and contribute positively to the wider school community.
